# Hongdam หงส์ดำ — hongdam.net

> Hongdam หงส์ดำ ("the black swan") is a web development studio in Chiang Rai,
> Thailand. It designs and builds bilingual (Thai-first, English display layer),
> LINE-native, data-driven web platforms — tools that hold thousands of records
> and are opened daily, rather than brochure sites.

## What this page is

A single static page carrying the studio's services and its live work. Every
screenshot on it is a capture of the production page it links to, taken on
2026-09-19; the figures beside each one are read at build time from the file,
database, endpoint or sitemap named in the index at
https://nanobotco.github.io/index/, and a figure a site publishes about itself
is checked against that site's live page before it ships here.

The page also stands as the studio's generative-design sample, drawn without
libraries or external requests:

- "Growing gold" — a fractal lai-kham vine drawn live on canvas, seeded by the
  current date in Asia/Bangkok, so each day's growth differs; new growth bends
  toward the visitor's pointer.
- "Scratch the lacquer" — moving the pointer across the hero scratches through
  black lacquer to procedurally generated gold leaf, which re-pools slowly.
- A gold-dust signature: thousands of particles assembling into หงส์ดำ and
  HONGDAM in turn, scattering around the pointer, shedding flakes that settle
  on the cards below and melt over minutes.
- Four unalome glyphs, particle-assembled, drifting behind the sections at
  their own parallax rate.
- "The bench" — a split-flap board of the studio's own telemetry, rebuilt from
  the index's counts at each deploy.
- The hero background is a photograph from the studio's own camera roll: a
  Lanna temple mural of a lersi teaching, with a peacock looking on.

## The workshop behind it

Crawlers and pipelines (manuscript crawler, amulet market listener, city census
bots, the wat registry off the ONAB temple register, OpenStreetMap and Overture
harvests, a Thai romaniser scored against its own benchmark); four datasets
published on Hugging Face; back-office builds (bilingual double-entry books with
payment by QR and LINE receipts, a tasking app, stocktake, the listing sheet);
games; everyday tools; and two device builds — an e-ink clock and a motorcycle
cockpit HUD.

## Red team and market

  packs, and run them against it on Cloudflare Workers AI. Each batch adds a
  random reference code to the prompt; a reply that contains it, quotes the
  prompt, or outputs a planted marker token counts as broken. Scope probes go
  to a judge model.
