Chiang Mai's songthaew, the red shared pickup trucks (rot daeng), keep no timetable, and most keep no fixed route. Nobody can see where one is. Solved when anyone with a phone can see where the red trucks are and where each is headed, for 30 days running, with the drivers' agreement.
